Global alternative communication networks are expanding and growing. Its strength is built on cooperation via social movement organizing and media reform campaigns to adapt information and communications to the benefit of all. These networks differ in terms of space their focus, type and size but they are all unifying by their non-commercial nature and opposition to imperialist power dynamics.
